Building repeat pressure washing customers
Updated October 22, 2026 · For pressure washing and soft wash crews
Houses, roofs and driveways get dirty again. A customer who was happy last spring is the easiest booking you’ll get this spring, if you remind them at the right time.
Keep a clean customer list
For every finished job, keep the address, contact, job type, price and date. That list is your repeat business. Without it, you’re back to buying leads.
Remind at the right time
- House washes: around the same season next year.
- Roofs: on a longer cycle, depending on growth.
- Concrete: before the season when people host outside.
- Commercial: on a contract schedule, monthly or quarterly.
Offer a recurring plan
Some customers will sign up for a yearly wash at a set price and date. It smooths your calendar and saves them the call. Put recurring customers on the matching route day each year.
Ask for reviews while it’s fresh
Ask for a review the same day, with the payment link or right after it. Reviews bring new customers; the list brings them back.
