Everything WashRounds does
WashRounds is the route board for pressure washing and soft wash crews: who’s going where today, what’s done, what’s held for weather, and who has paid. Here is everything it does today.
Routes and stops
- Routes
- A name, a day and the crew that runs it, active or paused.
- Stops
- Address, job type, ETA, price and customer email for every stop on a route.
- Stop status
- Queued, on the way, done or weather hold. Crews move a stop along with one tap.
- Weather holds
- Hold a stop for weather instead of deleting it, so it’s still there when you rebuild the week.
Getting paid
- Payment page per stop
- Every priced stop gets a private page with the job and price and a pay button that opens your own payment link.
- Email the link
- Send the payment page when the job is done, from your business name. Replies come to you.
- Paid and unpaid
- Mark stops paid and see the unpaid ones at a glance.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
