A route board for pressure washing crews
Updated October 22, 2026 · For pressure washing and soft wash crews
Group texts and a map app work until there are two trucks and a rain day. WashRounds gives the office and the crew the same board: each route’s stops in order, with ETAs, prices and status.
Set up your routes
- Create a route for each regular day and area, with its crew.
- Add stops: address, job type, ETA and price. Or import them from a spreadsheet.
- Give each crew member their own login so they can see and update the board.
On the day
The crew taps “On the way” when they head to a stop and “Mark done” when it’s finished. The office sees progress without calling the truck. If the weather turns, put stops on weather hold.
Find anything
Longer lists get search and status filters, so you can pull up an address or every held stop in seconds.
Common questions
- Does WashRounds optimize the route order?
- No. You decide the order and ETAs; WashRounds keeps the board, status and payments in one place.
